The Pasta Shack TST

I ordered the tagliatelle with meatballs and my friend ordered the fusilli with ratatouille. Both were super delicious and the ambience was great! The eatery itself was located amidst many other eateries with shared seating. Very cute vintage HK vibes inside with a cute souvenir store just next to it. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a pasta place!

I had ordered from them a while back and forgot to review. The pasta is pretty good, specially the fusilli one - perfect texture and good weight to each strand of pasta which is cooked nicely al dente. The garlic bread could use some improvement though - it was too salty by far and not enough garlicky. Not a good example of garlic bread by any account. The creamy mushroom sauce and ratatouille sauce are both good but can still be better. Very good quantity for the price. I shall be back.

Excellent pasta. Fresh and quickly prepared just the right way. This place is in a building right next to the Seiko store. Don’t follow google maps it’ll take you to the back ally.

I stopped here by chance looking for something to eat after watching A Symphony of Lights. So glad I did. Part of Heath located in the food court area. Nice urban space. Clean. Travelling a while in Asia, I needed a change from noodles and spice! The pasta was delicious! So good. Huge portion. Good value. Choose your pasta and then your sauce. I had fusilli with ratatouille. Tell them if you want cheese or not. There was a special offer on, so my meal included a drink too. Very good value. They have sides as well if you want something else with your pasta. Once you have ordered and pay, you will be given one of those buzzer things, that will go off when your order is ready. If dining in like me, grab a seat. Wasn't too busy when I went so I got one quite easily, but suggest finding a seat first if you are there at a busier period. Shared dining area with other food outlets. The pasta was beyond divine. Freshly made, piping hot, comforting and homely. Much needed. I just wished I could have finished it! Highly recommend.

Just stumbled upon The Pasta Shack at the heath—food court under Chungking Mansion, Tsim Sha Tsui and what a delicious find it was! Their vegetarian-friendly pastas are a must-try! Here’s what I tried: -Tagliatelle Creamy Mushroom Pasta stands out with its rich and flavorful sauce, deserving a solid 9/10 rating. -Penne Ratatouille Pasta offers a burst of Mediterranean flavors and earns a respectable 8/10. -The Mozzarella sticks are a highlight, a perfect 10/10 cheesy delight. -The Garlic Bread is a garlicky heaven, scoring an impressive 8.7/10. The staff at The Pasta Shack were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to explain the dishes and how they were prepared. If you’re on the lookout for a cozy dining spot, look no further! I highly recommend giving The Pasta Shack a visit at the heath in Tsim Sha Tsui. Your taste buds will thank you!

In the basement of chungking mansions is a food court that's recently renovated. go down the escalator to the left of the main entrance on Nathan road. Food was tasty. Plenty of seating. Friendly staff.

I thought the staff were lovely and I really recommend the meatballs. Next time I’ll look to try the bolognese and fries.
